CybSafe presents itself as a transparent, people-first company, but the reality is quite the opposite. Annual redundancies have become the norm, often coming out of nowhere despite leadership claiming otherwise. There’s little organisation or structure, and managers—who seem to have little to no training—can be sly and untrustworthy. The CEO enjoys hearing himself talk but doesn’t seem to listen, and the CTO lacks credibility, having moved up without proving capability. The product itself is weak, which makes it baffling that we still have customers. Pay is below market rate, and negotiation is practically impossible. Doing your job here is a frustrating experience, made worse by the lack of clear direction or support. If you’re looking for stability, strong leadership, or a company that genuinely values its employees, look elsewhere.
