Management approach to solve any problems that the employees might face is absolutely outstanding. Management show their support to the employees from all aspects at all times. Management appreciation is well over standards when it comes to pay raise following yearly performance evaluation. Wide range of benefits package is available to employees I have been working for CDS for almost 5 years now and I honestly think that CDS is a great company to work.

I didn't feel lazy and read one of the previous comments below titled "Little Hope" left on on Feb 16, 2017. I have to tell you that comment is full of misleading information about the company, about the policies and the CEO and etc. How can somebody complain about company's drug policy on site??? Just this single reason should be more than enough for you not to get prejudiced by this comment.

They advertise high wage, but that assumes the job actually happens. I can’t think of anything good to say about this company because they have behaved so unprofessionally... to the point I would never recommend anyone bother interviewing with them.

Disorganized. Unprofessional. Was selected for a position after a battery of tests and then told to wait to hear from a contact about going through the security process and obtaining a start date. After not hearing anything, I reached out to the recruiter and was told the position ended before it began but no one bothered to tell me.
