Bob Oh and Sully have zero leadership skills. Both got hit with the "lazy stick" a long time ago. They do NOT know how to write proposals. They pay employees on average 30% below market rate. This place is a HUGE sweat shop. Never seen a company with such a HIGH turnover rate. HR / Recruiting / FSO have no competence at all.
