      JEFF. JEFF. JEFF. The owner ("CEO") is a crazy, neurotic, baby who needs to be coddled on-site. He'll yell at you in front of everyone about a small mistake or problem with his bottom-dollar equipment or contractors. No other company in Orlando, LA, NYC, or touring has such dysfunctional management. There's a reason they keep losing clients. Refusing to spend money doing preventative maintenance and buying consumables (tape, duve) makes you look unprofessional and raises costs when you have to cross-rent.

      I 100% always value safety first and foremost; always have and always will. Your claim that Cybis keeps losing clients is blasphemy. We have nearly 100% client retention and have since inception. Freelance is freelance -- if you're not available for a gig, just say no... no harm, no foul. Not sure why you're so bitter.

      The only pro I can think of is that the job ended and I got far away from this shady company and the CEO Jeff.

      Don't follow standard industry practices -- no OT (even for a 12+/hour day), penalties for being even a minute late, no fully paid travel days, hotel sharing, the list goes on. Freelancers are not treated with respect. There are so many great event companies out there. Stay far away from this one!! If I could give less than one star here, I would. The CEO Jeff if just plan awful to work for.
