Lets keep it to the point and bulleted: * No sense of job security. Layoffs and terminations often happen with very short notice and does not comply with legality. * Excessive micro-management with very little trust and autonomy. * Poor work-life balance and unrealistic expectations. * High levels of office politics and favoritism. * ESOPs, stock grants, and salary hikes appear to be distributed selectively rather than transparently. * No clear product or organizational roadmap. Even managers often seem unaware of priorities and direction. * Communication between leadership and ground-level teams is broken. Information flow and directives from top to bottom and vice versa is deteriorated to worst. * Ground-level concerns and employee feedback frequently go unheard or are ignored by senior management. * I observed employees being let go shortly after raising concerns about appropriate compensation and salary corrections. * Even founding engineers and high-performing employees who contributed significantly to building the company were terminated on short notice.
