Traveling to 7 states in as many months is incredible and I've been truly fortunate to see so many beautiful places across the US. The driving is very technical and a skilled vehicle operator who will find satisfaction in the work.

The job is incredibly weather dependent; rainy/stormy/snowy days means you can't work/don't get paid. Over a 7 month period I lost weeks worth of pay just due to weather. Moving from location to location every 3-5 days gets really tedious and the job can be a little monotonous.

I had no issues with this company for a long time and genuinely enjoyed working here until recently. Lately though, management has become increasingly disconnected from hourly employees. There’s constant micromanagement, poor communication, last-minute schedule changes, and massive last minute projects with unrealistic expectations and little to no appreciation afterward. What really hurt morale was seeing how disposable employees are treated despite promises of stability and opportunity. The pay does not match the workload or stress, and from what I’ve seen, many positions don’t even meet national average pay rates for similar work. Leadership feels completely out of touch with the reality of the people actually doing the work, and employees are expected to constantly sacrifice their time and energy while being treated as easily replaceable.
