      Worst working environment, Worst Managers, Very Less Pay, Nil Internal Job Opportunities and moreover everything depends on your manager (leaves, pay, internal opportunities, onsite, education policies, etc.), even manager can threaten you to terminate, zero HR Policies and engagement., no medical leaves (only in case of surgery).       Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
