Management changes constantly and priorities keep adjusting

Flexibility, allows for healthy work life balance

Nothing gets done (projects), low accountability, CEO is disconnected with employees, pay is awful and is rarely adjusted after first year, lots of empty promises and excuses from leadership, lots of problems internally that do not get prioritized for fixes. Really poor place to work if you want to grow in your career and maintain a competitive salary
