The support received from my manager and the team was great. They supported me through a really difficult time in my life, I found them really accommodating once I felt ready to open up to someone about my situation.
They try to make it a fun working environment with games and competitions. We were updated regularly about what's happening in the business overall, it made you feel part of a bigger team. I've never had a workplace who provides as detailed updates as Cymphony do.
It is a fast paced where no two calls are the same.
