From my experience, this company is a masterclass in how to destroy morale. The culture is toxic on a level I’ve never seen before. The wrong people are in charge, and they make decisions that feel driven by ego, not strategy or basic common sense. The internal numbers were consistently presented in ways that felt disconnected from reality. Sales “wins” that weren't closed, marketing metrics that didn’t match what teams actually saw. It all created the sense that appearance mattered far more than truth. Instead of cleaning up the mess, leadership seemed to double down on polishing the image. I received emails that encouraged employees to leave positive Glassdoor reviews because leadership didn’t want to face the real problems. And honestly, that tracks with everything I experienced. The platform itself was constantly glitching, breaking, and creating angry customers. Churn was through the roof, and frontline teams were left trying to defend something that often wasn’t functioning. It was exhausting and embarrassing. Worst of all, leadership weaponized layoffs. Rumors circulated nonstop, and people were constantly told, “You’re safe,” which only made things worse. The message was clear: fear was the main management tool. It didn’t matter if you worked hard or delivered results, unless you were part of a select inner circle, you never felt secure. There is no real culture here other than fear, confusion, and instability. I wouldn’t recommend this environment to anyone who values transparency, integrity, or basic psychological safety.

This is one of the most poorly run companies I’ve seen. Leadership changes are abrupt, poorly communicated, and leave teams scrambling. Large portions of the go-to-market org have been cut with no clear plan, leaving the business understaffed and disorganized. Turnover across revenue roles has been high, and it’s not hard to see why. Many of the strongest sellers across North America and EMEA have left, which has impacted continuity and left customers and partners frustrated. Execution is difficult because direction constantly changes. There is heavy micromanagement, unclear priorities, and little consistency. Expectations shift frequently, making it nearly impossible to plan or build momentum. Morale reflects that. The go-to-market strategy has been reset multiple times within a year and continues to change, creating confusion in the field. Compensation and deal reporting lack transparency and consistency. What counts, when it counts, and how it’s communicated is not always clear. The culture does not reflect a stable or well-run organization. Externally, partner relationships are strained due to a heavy direct sales approach, and customer coverage has declined following team reductions. Product continuity appears impacted as well. Overall, the company feels unstable and difficult to operate within. Do thorough diligence before joining.
