My line manager and senior leadership have consistently provided encouragement, trust, and opportunities to take on new challenges and develop professionally. No concerns from my experience. As with any growing organisation operating in a constantly evolving economic environment, there are occasional shifts in priorities and new initiatives to adapt to changing circumstances.
