Terrible senior/mid level leadership. Can only assume they are lying to c-suite level as the ‘ground truth’ is vey different to what I hear back. Extremely ‘clique-y’ as well with only the people who’s faces fit getting (over)promoted. Lot of leavers over the last 12-18 months, yet rather than ask why they’re leaving, they’re all painted as bad. Very unprofessional with people repeatedly slagging off/blaming past employees for current issues. Very little internal ownership of the multitude of current issues - just a pass the buck blame game. Lots of slagging off of people behind their backs on teams - again - unless you’re in the clique, it can be like Mean Girls. I saw one person ‘managed out’ - very unprofessional in my opinion and nigh on bullying from their boss.
