Make yourself known, do good work and show the right behaviours and you will be rewarded. Competitive salary, great work live balance and incentives. Although Cynet is in a period of rapid growth, you're treated as a person, not a number.

With any business experiencing rapid growth and moving from the 'start up mentality' some processes are not clearly defined so can take longer to get a resolution or an answer, but this is already improving since I joined the business in October.
