Very relaxed environment, if you play your cards right, sometimes you can go months before they realize you are not working at all.

Completely bonkers compensation, there is no scale. Very bad work/life balance, if you are a capable person they will pester you in the middle of the night. Management with very poor people skills who do not care about your needs as a person.
