The pro's would be the insurance. If you were given time off to go to the doctor. A benefit is not a benefit unless you can use that benefit.

Svantaggi

The unnessary level of stress that is put on the Sales Specialist for no other reason than. The Sales Managers ego's that need to be turned down and a major attitude adjustment given.

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Svantaggi

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

High volume sales and great pay

They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
