Strategic projects are great. Lots of support through colleagues, accelerators and precedent material. It is a target operating model design for client onboarding - great to use my legal skills with change management

1st project was with a difficult end client (Investment bank in CW) who were very disorganised. Hard for D2LT to help when the client just wouldn't listen. Very tough role. To be far, management helped to raise the issues with the GC at the bank but didn't help. They did support to transition me to this new role.
