-My manager did not allow us to take leave unless it was given a week or 2 weeks notice . -We were underpaid, in 2020 it was RM6.10 per hour and my only duty was to be a cashier but i was rearranging and cleaning the entire store, counting stocks , fixing lights and dealing with the banking system of the company when I shouldn't be. - My manager only enters the shop once a month or every other month. - when we ask for supplies, papers, plastic bags and etc, it would be delivered late and it would cause us problems. -The shop used to not have any other payment methods but cash so the workers had to deal with many complaints everyday just about that alone.
