DAP has expanded rapidly several times since I first joined which leaves a certain amount of gaps in the overall structure of it's operations. The environment is tough and you are expected to keep up the pace but management are extremely approachable. They have shown time and time again to be extremely open and inviting of all ideas and suggestions and will reward initiative accordingly as they have for me. If things were peaceful, where do you think you would be other than to collect a fixed paycheck at the end of the month?
