      The pros at Datamark have changed drastically, the leadership and the toxic environment has people in a panic and the control one person has to ruin lives is overlooked. Sinking ship.

      Svantaggi

      PTO, lack of feeling secure in your role, poor treatment of employees. Zero flexibility for any type of remote or hybrid, when every job could be done offsite it is about control.

      Promote based on Nepotism. Have non-professionals manage professionals with more time in the industry.
