Low pay, they mess with your bonuses so you’re not getting paid the correct amount. It’s apparently “no cap” on production, but since people have started to make more money, they raised the standards or are, at least, not reporting people’s production correctly. Absolutely POOR management. All the equipment always fails (can’t log in to the computer for HOURS, printers break, scanners don’t work, etc.). You can’t even get your job done, yet managers expect you to be “efficient”. Continuously gives you more work despite not having the time to complete the original work given. So many overtime hours, you have no time to spend outside this place. This place is ridiculous. I imagine their main contractor company is going to drop them soon. Quality is failing, yet this place doesn’t realize it’s the company’s fault, not the employees.
