      This place is good for a temp or students. Its good for a break from customer service.

      Not much for a career opportunity. The pay is decent (now after many years). It is a bit difficult to speak directly to higher supervisors since at times it seems they take things personal.

      Coworkers are great. They help out if they are not bogged down. Supervisors will work with you if you're falling behind or you need certain days off.

      Svantaggi

      No raise in over 3 yrs. Standards constantly changing where if you're able to bonus, its hardly anything now.
