1)In June -july we worked for 14-15 hours daily but the hike we got was just 1.5% 2) these guys don't have PIP system they just terminate you on spot in the last week of the month there was one instance where guy came to office (people advisor) hr asked him to come to head of hr cabin to talk and when he entered the cabin suddenly his laptop and I-card access was suspended without letting him know. 3) these guys have recently opened new floor for 500 employees now they have like 2 floors but this company is so kanjoos that they have not opened the parking daily employees fight with security guards for it. While the upper management(leadership team) have reserved parking for them. Before e holi when everyone was in their hometown just 2 days they asked their employees to come to office as they started the 13th floors many employees asked for extension because they wanted some time to shift their family and look for their house but these guys didn't budget and cut their salary for those days.

One of the employee had a serious medical condition of but he served the notice for 60 days in office and wanted to serve remaining 30 days for work from home since he was not working that much and he was deboarding but when everytime he wanted to meet HR that told him come next day for 15 straight days although his manager who sits in London approved his request but the Indian hr team didn't wanted to so he provided all the medical documents and urgently needed treatment that's why he was leaving the job but these guys didnt budge and when his health deteriorated he had to abscond. In 2nd of May every employee recieved a mail that all the planned leaves have to be cancelled for 3rd may because some important tournament have came up. In September many guys have left this company due to this one of the team was under staffed they had a revenue loss of 500k Euros in one of the internal football tournament for german region because many guys from that team didn't received the appraisal and was understaffed. Also during operation sindoor there was a government advisory that on 7th may there needs to be a security drill every company of that building participated in it and all the nearby companies as well like Amazon, warner bros, TCS but these guys from the hyderabad leadership think themselves that they are above the government. they seriously flouted all norms and didn't participated in it.

They laid off like a third of the company over zoom. When I asked for why I was part of the layoffs and another person in the same role wasn’t, they said they just checked names off a list.
