Management is not good. The CEO, Yariv, doesn't really knowing he's right hand from left hand. Facts have not important for him. Giving Yariv information he doesn't want to hear, like maybe customer who need support for certain database is not sign because DBmaestro doesn't supporting that database, and Yariv will lost it. Yelling, shouting, slamming hands on desks and threatening the fire people. The whole office can hear, and it's an ambarresment. I've had to hung up calls because they hearing Yariv yells in the background. I seen Yariv threaten a worker with violence and cursing. Yariv also doesn't listening to expert advice. He thinks he an expert in everything, but it's mainly he's ego. Yaniv, CTO, isn't egotistic as Yariv, he is yarivs whiping boy. Anything Yariv's says, Yaniv does. Nothing is ever Yaniv fault, he always find worker to blame for Yariv. Also, pay is very low below market and no raises Run away from company DBmaestro
