The insurance is horrible and they don’t give raises unless you threaten them to quit. They only give bonuses the certain employees. Others get gift cards. There’s no real structure in the company. The rules only apply to certain people. The executive managers don’t understand the meaning of being a manager. One manager will run you out if something isn’t done their way even though they don’t hold up to their own faults and mistakes. The employees work hard with no recognition.
