      Some staff are nice and could be helpful.

      Owner of the company wants you too read and action The One minute Management System. Yet his own management team doesn’t have an understanding of the concepts. Staff turnover is high due too a gaslighting & bullying culture. It’s supposed a learning experience & environment but it is not. Hours you’re required too put in are more than is stated in the contract. Start work at 7 in the morning not leaving till 7 at night. No extra pay for this. Miscommunication, poor management, always bout how one member of staff is an excellent worker. Mistakes not being accountable for. Manager likes playing the blame game.

All at DCFM love working in an organisation that does not just give lip service to putting customers first we actually do! This does mean being avaialble at the customers conveneinece which does not only happen between 9 am - 5 pm at such times a full team approach is required this is something that makes DCFM special and more like a family.
