Your experience will drastically change depending on your team and who your manager is as they will be the ones vouching for you. They have a good concept of training if you find the right people and ask questions.

You work long hours and are given no real sick leave. The culture can be clicky and can sometimes feel like you are being pinned against your co-workers. It easy to feel burnt out and overwhelmed.
