Expected to know how to do everything the way they do It the first week you are there. I also was hired for a position above my skills set and I informed them “I’ve never done this before. I’m willing to learn and try but i will make mistakes and it’s gonna take a little bit to learn” and the owner replied “you’ll figure It out as we go”. Even with little to no instruction. But a few days later, not even a week, Owner raises his voice at anyone who does anything slightly wrong. He will even ask “are you dumb?” If you don’t do something correct. Or “answer me!” When he is finished speaking but you are waiting to see if he is gonna continue because he yells about 1 second after talking. And if you try to explain otherwise he yells “do not interrupt me!”. 2 people quit within 1 hour of each other after he raised his voice at them.
