Always busy. Can make a decent amount of money with Overtime. Most technicians were pleasant and would be helpful when needing assistance with quotes.

Chained to your Desk. Office Drama that is perpetuated by management. Was hired with the understanding that I would have OT available whenever I wanted, but then OT was cut. This made a significant impact on my salary which was why I took the job there to begin with.
