CEOs & managers really care about their roles & projects. Flexible hours with good work life balance. Lenient dress code. Great location. On the river, close to city center with lots of good restaurants & things to do.

      Compensation & benefits are not as competitive. Vacation hours is not as competitive. Working from home option not as available due to equipment needed at the office. Miscommunication is common between management & employees. Annual reviews need work.
