The benefits are good (currently) onsite gym onsite cafeteria pay range is OK topping out at 20.32 for entry level positions. They offer a shift premium 5-7% for 2nd and 3rd shift.

They pretend to care, but when it comes down to it they don’t. They will work you like a dog, expecting you to work for weeks on 12 hr shifts. The communication is horrible, most are kept in the dark about process changes. New hires for management are untrained and incompetent. Associates are not properly trained and our quality shows it. Bonuses for associates are really low. 401k underperforms in EVERY retire ready group. Benefits do nothing but get more expensive.
