Terible Company, poor management, no HR support with serious issues, no training. Too many disconnected departments who push off responsibility. Terrible communication and no commitment to get work done. Negative atmosphere, long hours and lots of overtime. No support or follow through from management. Unable to hire people to spread workload due to bad reputation and cannot keep quality people for long before they quit. ZERO work-life balance! Avoid at all costs!
