Ridiculous Amount of Rules and no sick days - Recensione dipendente - AOI Operator presso DENSO

Work Life balance is ZERO Pay is ok, without overtime, but not what it should be. You should make at least $20 this day and age for as much as you put into the company and the cost of living! No sick days! It's a complicated system. You have a few call in days but they are not paid. If you're sick and call in, you get an occurrence even with a Dr note! If you are 39 seconds late, you get an occurrence. Things happen... You get sick, traffic jam or wreck, etc. Sometimes it's beyond our control, but they don't care! I feel like they don't appreciate the efforts you put in daily, Not a job I plan to stay at. Used to be a wonderful place to work, not now!!
