Outdated systems, waste of resources in a couple areas

The doctor I worked directly under was a great boss. He was extremely kind and flexible. I worked very hard for him and was rewarded appropriately. I was able to go back to school and still work.

The company as a whole is a joke. Administration is so full of themselves and does not care about its employees. They just care about money and revenue. They would prioritize the wrong things. Our clinic looked like crap while another clinic had all brand new equipment. Over the years the employee perks became less and less frequent and the quality just deteriorated. They made a big deal about clocking out for the 3 minutes of that recent total solar eclipse. I worked there for 7 years and got absolutely nothing from the higher ups. Not a card, not a "thank you", not anything. Instead I got everything deactivated a day early and sent home. I worked part-time while I was in school. Each year my cost for health insurance rose. I was working my butt off and taking home less than half of my gross pay. My last week I worked a full week and took home $40. Dent said they "couldn't afford" to help their employees with the cost of insurance. Such crap.
