Experience available on many different EC projects, with potential for great management responsibilities. The EC brand has many benefits on a candidates CV.

Svantaggi

The salary is poor given the amount of unpaid overtime, lack of paid holiday, and absolute minimum social security package and visa support. The upper management give very little regard to their employees - very little incentive to stay at the company beyond accumulating the minimum experience needed to move on.

Fast paced environment, exposure and opportunities to learn quickly. Great experience for fresh graduates and interns (although not so much if you already have work experience).

Svantaggi

Poor management and unclear company policies. Little resources to work with, lengthy and complicated processes due to inefficiency and nonexistent admin leading. Squeezing every penny is a priority over delivering work quality. Little opportunities to grow within the company. Long hours.
