Great to be around the cars, most of the employees are great to work with

Management can be a nightmare, lots of politics, absolutely zero employee appreciation and complete lack of sense and logic from upper levels at times. Extremely resistant to any sort of change, and pay is pathetic compared to other dealers.

Staff here have good knowledge of the industry and know what they are doing

The senior management often makes things complicated for the staff
