Being a regional firm that has grown with acquisitions gives it the benefits of having small to medium individual offices with a larger footprint and increased capabilities. More snacks than just pizza. Good use of technology and capabilities to stay agile.

      A great company with a vision for the future. Management is very growth-centric. Team members are friendly and approachable. DGPerry offers a lot of flexibility and great perks like Flex Fridays, generous PTO, a "dress for your day" policy, and free snacks/drinks. The firm is also very community minded and attends/sponsors a variety of community events. The company values feedback from bi-annual performance reviews as well as annual upward reviews.
