Close knit team, autonomy, nice people, variety in work, good benefits. The company is very family friendly - genuinely flexible whether that’s health or caring responsibilities. People actually like to be in the office and spend time with each other but most people spend a few days working from home. Lots of knowledgable staff with different strengths, and willing to support.

Salaries are just about reasonable. In some ways the adviser team structure (i.e Paraplanner and support staff not shared) but there’s no real consistency across processes, and people are unable to share workloads which can mean some teams are really busy while others are quiet.

Great working environment with good leadership. Great place to earn well depending on your ability to pass the exams and your people skills. Uncapped earnings.

You have to study and pass exams - long hours in early years.
