You are expendable keeps changing pay structure, management etc threatening team to be suspended if we do not do everything they require management is lowering pay of sales agents and pocketing pay for themselves.

Decent balance with your schedule

Since the year started, several agents are making about $1k less per week than they were last year around this same time. The work hasn't changed, the pay has. The company stopped paying hourly and only started paying based off of talk time/available time/meeting time. This was never disclosed publicly to agents. This was only found out on my end after asking management about it. They also hid the fact that agents won't be released from the agency unless our chargebacks are paid down (also was not disclosed publicly). I've been encouraged on many occasions by many different individuals in leadership to be non compliant. Not a good company. Has completely changed in a matter of months, and is very unfortunate.
