the working environment is well mantained, facilities are taken care of and there's a lot of investment in visibility, marketing and customers loyalty

the salary is very low, the work is stressful and the high income positions are always taken so there's almost no way you can build a career in unless your close to one of the managers.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
