Not the best training. There are various outdated applications that you support, and the training over covered maybe 75% of them. The remaining were learned through coworkers; however you will be held responsible for knowing them. The managers will micro manage your work as well your actions on the floor.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
