      weekly pay, 5 day work week, flexible time off, 401K even for part-timers, great people to work with, uniforms (so I don't have to wear my clothes), decent job, able to come in early if extra money is needed, great management,

      under maintainanced vehicles,still making same pay after 1year, no reviews/pay raises, no holiday pay, a little hot at the new building, not enough air circulation, need to cross-train part time employees to be able to do other jobs when someone is absent

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
