Great work environment, had great middle management throughout the years. Recent changes to management gave huge disconnection with employees and dramatically changed the culture in a negative way. I understand they are now making improvements

Disconnected senior management: loyalty to employees changed and didn't understand current market conditions. Little to no investment in industries they are trying to pursue with no understanding of the current market conditions.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
