No unscheduled leaves though its an emergency, Too much work load,Sick leaves and Casual Leaves are one and the same, everyday change in shifts,Extremely strict on login timings,Genuine reasons are not taken into consideration.Leaves plotting for 6 months earlier and now 1 year prior.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
