      This company actually cares about their employees. They have a number of events throughout the year which includes games, free food, giveaways, car washes, etc. They are also a Crazy Customer Centric Company which means they really care about making their customers happy.

      A lot of employees make the same simple mistakes all the time and they do Not get disciplined. Accountability is not taken seriously and there are too many family members working there which ends up showing favoritism.

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
