Working conditions at European Air Transport leipzig GmbH are appalling. Employer and employees are working against each other in a race to the bottom. The shift roster in the FOC department is absolutely gruelling. People are regularly getting sick, as there is absolutely no adequate spare time to recover from endless night shifts with random 12-hour morning shifts in between. The company uses every trick in the book to shaft their own staff; they even came up with a scheme to minimize their employees' legal holiday entitlement. The location can't make up for anything either. Unfortunately, eastern Germany is notorious for its neo-nazis.
