      DHL puts a lot of focus on their people by offering great internal trainings to drive continuous improvement and high performance. There has been a big growth in the network and people in recent years which affords lots of new career opportunities.

      The big challenge is having a small portfolio of services to offer customers. DHL is the international leader in Express shipping and the focus is only international. This does pose challenges by not being able to offer a domestic service.

Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
