Amazing company to be a part of. We have been and keep growing tremendously, which means there is plenty of advancement opportunities. There is always very open communication with upper management even though it is a huge company. Co workers are great, most of us are in this company for the long run and most likely will be occupying leadership roles in the future. I am proud to work here, there is no better feeling than watching the DHL plane flying over the building early in the morning.

Telesales reps are getting a lower salary when they make the jump to outside sales. People that are not familiar with the industry that are being brought from outside and are getting higher salaries.

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
