Wonderful and tight knit work culture. Supportive culture. Monthly bonuses. Additional bonus campaigns are clearly described and are achievable. Leads are often of good quality and professional. Multilingualism is a plus but isn’t compensated through base pay. However, this skill allows for higher lead inflow and which allows you to hit KPI’s and bonuses easier and faster. Possibly outdated information but after the initial training period and as long as you hit your KPIs you will be allowed to work from home 2 days every week (Thursdays and Fridays) - lee in mind this information was for the year 2024 and may have changed since the implementation of tariffs. (it likely has)

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
