Change your hours around if you work any shift other than 1st shift. You know so management doesn't have to change there schedule and stay a extra 30 minutes to tell you something so you can come in a extra 4 hours early . Makes sense haha. So if you take a dhl job pick 1st shift. Management sucks. If you work with dhl only work 1st shift because they will make you come in on there shift to do stupid pointless stuff and safety meetings and expect you to cater to them. There all about saving money except on themselves.... Meaning taking hours away from you. Taking holiday pay. You literally have to use your PTO to get holiday pay ... Terrible company ....
