Dicks Sporting Goods was good at working with my school and volunteer schedule.

It seems that management never talks to each other. They let many people slide by who should not be working for the company. Finally, they do not have their priorities in line with helping customers. Many times Dicks Sporting Good will have extremely long lines when there are multiple employees in the store. Need to learn how to focus attention on customers and not on doing tasks all of the time.
